When you log into the schedule to make an appointment, choose a white box — that’s a free spot. If the tutor or consultant you selected is offering real-time online appointments, the appointment form box that pops up will show that as an option. Complete the form and submit it.
At your appointment start time (or a few minutes before) click the “make an appointment” button to log in and click on your appointment. You will see a prompt in red letters to start or join an online conversation. Click it. You will be taken to your appointment space.
If the device you are using has a camera, you will be prompted to allow “wconline” to access it. Please allow this so you can use video and audio to talk with your tutor.
